About CK Technologies

CK Technologies was established in 1997 when Dave and Cindy Guess, along with two partners, started repairing and reconditioning printers and copiers in a small one-car garage. Since then, CK Technologies has been servicing the printers, copiers, plotters and fax machines of the Treasure Valley.

CK Technologies out grew the garage and moved to a larger facility. Dave and Cindy Guess bought their partners out and built the business one person at a time, one client at a time. Since that date, business to business, people to people, the growth and success of the company has been phenomenal.
In the competitive market of printer/copier repair, they continue to believe that integrity, combined with prompt, honest service and valuing their customer are the ingredients for a successful business.

Dave Guess and his team of technicians are experts in their field. They are continually training to properly assess and fix problems correctly—the first time. CK Technologies remains focused on quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Each member of the CK Technologies repair team is a specialist in their field:

• David Guess, with 18 years of experience and training, is the master of printers and plotters, and hasn’t met many machines he couldn’t fix. Those that he can’t fix are found to be beyond repair.
• Service Manager, Russ Guess, is known as the “Copier Whisperer.” Where others have failed, Russ has been able to breathe new life into the oldest and most times the hardest working machines in the office.
• Our support staff has a variety of education, experience & certifications that add to the quality workmanship CK Technologies provides.
